My Bike Shop has very kind customers – one in particular is Han Jok Kwang

My Bike Shop has a large clientele of people from all walks of life and we have a few patrons who have always been there with us and often gives us very sound suggestions and feedback. We like to feature one that touched our hearts yesterday. As some of you would have met him when he is at the shop or seen him lead the way in raising funds with the HP Alumni for the needy ( ST Pocket Fund for 2011, 2010 and 2009), Japan Earthquake disaster fund and more recently a gala diner that raised money again for charity). Han even sang (LoL) – he always have time for the less priviledged.

Yesterday despite his busy schedule and knowing our long hours at My Bike Shop for the last few days that sometimes means a few of us miss our lunch, he popped by to say hi and dropped off fried fritters for us! You can imagine how welcome that was! Not to forget Donald aka Number 1 (for his desserts Ching Chow and Green bean soup) and many others who bring coffee and specialties from different corners of Singapore, we salute you all!

My Bike Shop 5th Anniversary Ride-ST Pocket Money Fund-NParks NEPCN Opening

What a fantastic day. We saw so MANY foldables coming together to do a good cause. Because of MBS’s members who turned up despite the drizzle and Sunday morning , MBS will make an additional contribution of S$300 to the ST Money Pocket Fund. Everyone had fun and looks like foldies are in trend…

Opening hours remain the same – 12 noon to 8pm and we close on Sundays and major PH.

WHY the EXTRA day?

We love our setup and we love helping our customers get their ideal folding bike, kayak or accessories.  Sure it does mean we have less time off  but we do find our job fun and interacting with our customers really gives us satisfaction and having another day to clear our work MEANS we are less stressed on the other days. We will now open 6 days a week so that we can serve you better. No appointments needed, experienced full time staff to handle your questions and answers, trained tech staff to fix/upgrade your bikes and a wide pool of folding bikes with different folding systems for you to try. This is about credentials not hype.
